So far!

So it's been a crazy couple of months observing and being involved in the class room as well as doing work for the other classes I have, but I have to say I love waking up each Monday and wedsday and going to my class! I learn so much every day by just watching the teacher and her interactions with the students and through the work they do daily. I'm so glad that I am also in a smaller observation class and get to have a class to myself! 

First day!!

So this past Monday was our first day of observations for my field experience class. I got to go into my class room and meet the students and the teacher. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place for me. The class room is a bilingual elementary class room where they switch languages every other day and not all of the students are Spanish speaking students, half are English speaking only so they too get to learn another language. I really felt comfortable in the class room and with the children. The classroom itself was very inviting and well organized
